April 2011 - Photographic Distinction Award for Mark Power
Following a successful first year on the British Photographic Exhibition circuit, Mark Power has been awarded the first level BPE Crown Award photographic distinction for achieving 25 acceptances for photographs entered in exhibitions held throughout the UK under the auspices of the BPE.

March 2011 - Mark Power Appointed As Competition Judge
Mark has been appointed to the list of judges for the Lancashire & Cheshire Photographic Union. This means he is now one of a panel of experienced photographers appointed to judge amateur club photographic competitions in the North West.

January 2011 - Top Honour for Mark Power
Mark has been awarded a top prize at the 6th Swansea International Exhibition of Photography. His image “Fleeting Moments” (which you can see under the “News” link in the navigation bar to the left of this page) was awarded the Swansea Institute Contemporary Prize. The prize, an engraved glass tankard, was one of only a handful given in an entry of over 11,400 images.
